OR stands for Optics Ready.This means the pistol's slide features a pre-cut, removable factory plate.You can easily unbolt this plate to mount an adapter and attach a red dot optic directly to the slide. 
SR stands for Suppressor Ready.This means the barrel extends slightly past the slide and features factory-cut threads hidden under a thread protector.
On the .22 LR models (like the KMR S-02 OR SR), it features an M9x0.75 thread profile. On 9mm models, it uses a standard M13.5x1 LH thread. This allows you to screw on a sound suppressor, muzzle brake, or compensator right out of the box.
